Artwork will only be accepted as digital files via email as an attachment to artwork@first4tees.com or in disk format. Logos received in any other format cannot be reproduced. You do not have to supply us with the FIRST logo. You only need to indicate it's size and position. Only files meeting the requirements listed below can be accepted. Of course, if you want First Impressions to design your tee you only need to ask (Quote Form).

In your email please be sure to include team name, team #, a contact name, email address, and day phone number in case First Impressions has questions regarding your artwork. Please also FAX a hardcopy of your emailed logo to First Impressions at fax # (732) 777-0488. Put your team contact information on the hardcopy as well.
If sending a DISK, include a hard copy proof of logo in the package. Be sure to list your team name, team #, team contact name and day phone # on your hardcopy proof. WRITE YOUR TEAM # ON THE DISK LABEL, and mail it directly to First Impressions, 1703 Route 27, Edison, New Jersey 08817. IBM-PC 1.4 MB formatted disks, 100MB Iomega Zip Disks; CDR discs can be accepted.
ACCEPTABLE FORMATS FOR ARTWORK:
Whenever possible, try to work as close to the final printed size (generally
t-shirt artwork is limited to a 12 inch by 12 inch image area. ALL SUPPORTING
FILES such as scans, logos, graphics, and PostScript fonts (both printer and
display) MUST BE INCLUDED on disk/email attachment. (True Type fonts are preferred).
IF POSSIBLE, CONVERT ALL TYPE TO CURVES, PATHS, OR OUTLINES TO AVOID ANY FONT
CONFLICTS.)
| .eps files | Encapsulated PostScript from "vector type" applications including Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw. If placing bitmapped graphics within these applications, be sure to include all graphics. To be sure that artwork stays consistent to original, create outlines (paths) of all fonts. If not possible to convert type to paths, include all fonts used (both printer and display). Artwork in eps format will only be accepted if color seperated. |

| .bmp files | Bitmap files are accepted but discouraged. They should be provided to size to prevent to minimize the pixelated "stairstep" affect. Artwork in bmp format will only be accepted if color seperated. |

| .psd files | Photoshop format. 45dpi for grayscale, 600dpi for line art (artwork that consists of lines that are either black or white) be sure to include fonts used in document (or "flatten" image). |
| .doc, ppt files | Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel are acceptable file types but may not be interpreted correctly from computer to computer. When sending these files ALWAYS include a .jpg image for reference. |

Compatible software applications are Corel Draw up to v7, Adobe Photoshop up to v.5.5, Adobe Pagemaker up to 6.5.
Lastly, we would accept a clean, printout of your art suitable for us to scan. Print as large as possible to fill an 11" x 17" page and send to First Impressions. Must be color seperated (lazer print for best quality result).
DEADLINE FOR MATERIALS: Your design or request for a design must be received by First Impressions two (2) weeks prior to your deadline.
IF YOU CANNOT EMAIL YOUR TEAM LOGO, THEN MAIL YOUR LOGO ON A CD (with a printed hard copy) TO:
(CDS WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS A SELF-ADDRESSED POSTAGE PAID ENVELOPE IS INCLUDED.)
